Scanning
Our technicians use high-speed document scanners as well as large format scanners to convert any kind of paper documents to electronic / optical media either on-site or at our premises.

We help our customers to develop test images that are compared to work out the optimal scan settings (threshold, resolution, aspect ratio, dot pitch, etc.) for their projects.

In additionn to scanning, we offer low-cost, high-quality services in optical character recognition of printed text. Our skilled but inexpensive conversion technicians specilaize in indexing techniques for the efficient conversion of millions of images. This helps our customers to manage their archive of documents by deploying a database solution.

We convert the scanned image into a file of ASCII characters, Microsoft Word document, a database of records or an Adobe PDF file, thus minimizing their need for data entry and lowering the disk space requirements for data storage.

Digital Archiving
Digital Archival is also known as digital cataloging. It is a process based on digitizing technology that can accurately capture intricate details.

In our digityizing process we use light to capture the shape of three-dimensional objects and re-create them in a virtual workspace. The data is collected as points, and the resultant file is called a point cloud.

We offers real-world solutions for the challenges of archiving and preservation in the virtual world. We provide data conversion services to the engineering, architecture and mapping communities.

Scanning a drawing produces a raster image, but does not convert the drawing to a vector file. Through our digital archiving one can modify any dtata into a CAD document that can be edited with a CAD program.

Digitizing
Digitizing is the process of taking point-by-point measurements and coordinate until enough data is captured to build geometric surfaces.

Through our digitizing process we capture high density geometry, compound surface curvature and draft that are difficult to measure using traditional measurement techniques.

Our skilled team of engineers digitize paper drawing, tracing sheets even the sepias of any engineering drawings. They can also digitizing scanned image into Auto CAD drawings.
